TIFU - Pierogi Edition

I promised pierogies for dinner, but neglected to check the freezer and now I have to make them from scratch.

This is not necessarily the worst thing ever, but I feel like an idiot.

I love pierogi! Well, the when they're with mushrooms anyway :-)

And that happens. Yesterday I had my own food-preserving issue, as the fridge decided that my dolmas would be better ice cold and solid as rock.

It turned out that making a small batch wasn't hard, and Fox helped roll the dough out. I may just stop buying them and make a big batch the store in the freezer.
