pshaw_raven Super-important decision making time.
I typically like to do my nails for races. It gives my mind something else to focus on the evening before, and I just like doing it. I like having my hands and nails looking nice even if I don't have a fancy manicure, and to be honest, 90% of the time my nails are bare. I also keep them trimmed fairly short because I simply can't keep long nails and do the kind of work around the house and garden that I do.
So here's the decision. Do I ...
A). Go with rose gold and metallic purple, in keeping with the color scheme of the Dopey finisher's medal. Purple is the usual color for all things Dopey, so it's a pretty obvious pick.
B). Go with lime green and purple for a very obviously Dopey look
or C). Go with teal and gold in keeping with the overall theme of marathon weekend.
I'll probably actually paint up on Sunday evening, which will give me Monday to clean up if needed, take some pics while the light's good, the usual stuff.
