lol I loved all you wrote about vegetables! haha! :D I'm with you on all of that-- healthier food choices shouldn't need to taste disgusting. Flavor is very important to me, we have taste buds for a reason and it's not just to ignore them all for the 'greater good' of fitting into a bathing suit or being responsible. Sounds like a good plan for arranging your dinner menu this week.

Rising anxiety over the past week has finally taken a toll on my stomach today as well. I have a very weak stomach when it comes to stress/anxiety, so I feel your pain on that front. I just have trouble eating enough when it gets this bad. Makes me not want to put anything in it.
