Meanwhile I still like physicals for the most part. There are an increasing number of things I only have digitals of, but there also some that only come in physical formats, the independent artists in the Filk community, for instance.
I look at my boxes, though...and am increasingly wanting to do a purge of most of the CD's I have-andrepurchase them digitally. ... but then I get this pang, and the 'what if the technology fails' shit creaps into my head, nad I just...can't.
I should really do something, though. Six boxes alone hold my CD collection...that's years of build up, right there.
