Sneak Zucchini Into Your Neighbor's Porch Day.
ROFL ...
I've also cut it into rounds and frozen it to add to smoothies. You don't taste it at all and it adds creaminess. Half a zucchini will give a smoothie bowl a texture like ice cream.
