I experienced something similar when I didn't get any sleep Tues night from my husband being in the hospital. I did lay down for a couple hours but my oldest daughter kept texting me. I crashed Wed night but ever since then, I've been unable to get any quality sleep. I've been restless or something. Not quite sure how to describe it. I need to get it together soon though so I can be helpful to my mom for her eye surgery [& my travel, which is actually the most worrying because for whatever reason whenever I'm driving, I have to keep fighting my body because all it wants to do is fall into a sleep coma].
