Luck of the Draw

On the Zox VIP Facebook group there's been a lot of discussion about an upcoming subscription box, and it was announced this morning. Twenty bucks a month, tons of cool stuff, early access, gold-level goodies, I was discretely freaking out with joy. But they're starting off with only 100 spots, saying that they want to make sure everything runs smoothly before making it more widely available, which I can understand. So for the opening tomorrow I was planning to rely on my cat-like reflexes, fast internet connection, and sheer luck to snag a box.

It's a lottery. They're going to draw one hundred email addresses at random. You have an hour to put your payment info in, and then the unclaimed spots get another email address pulled out of the virtual hat.

So I just needed to whine a little. Wish me luck, everyone. I'll be keeping a close eye on my email in case I do get picked.

I think in the meantime I'll make some dinner, and come back later tonight to catch up on comments and posts.
