pshaw_ravenSince "The Ecstasy of St. Beryl" is beginning to remind me of a medieval altar piece, I'm looking to expand the canvas, widen the background painting, and add an ornate frame. I've found several Gothic and Victorian Gothic revival frames to reference, and they're intricate enough that I could work small animals and insects into the design just to reinforce Beryl's association with non-human living things.
That piece is getting close enough to the end that I think I'll focus on it for a while. I still have a character sheet for Lora that needs to be finished, but I have enough references for the other characters that I can get rolling on that comic.
