pshaw_ravenFINALLY! I got the report back on my boobs. It's ... *drum roll* fibroglandular material. Long story short, a portion of the boob-having population has this fibrous stuff, and it's not necessarily dangerous, just dense. I doubt my GP is going to want to do much about it, but I'm going to shoot them an email and just follow up. So I suppose that's that for now.
The kombucha scoby finally got here, and since I only have half-gallon brew jars and this is enough for a one gallon brew, I split it in half. But I'm considering splurging on a nice one-gallon ceramic crock, since I have "points" with KBBK and they sent me a coupon. So for now the two scobys are called Fanny and Gertrude. There also wasn't as much starter liquid as I'd thought, so it might take longer for this first batch to brew up.
This would actually be a pretty good day if Google Music wasn't being weird. It won't play for long, and it drops out a lot. I have no idea what's going on with them, but sometimes the service is just really terrible, then the next day it's fine again.
