I feel like so much LESS of an idiot after reading a bunch of stories about runners who forgot their shoes on race day. It means I'm not a dumbass for all the signs and notes I have about everything I need to take with me. I mean, I AM a dumbass.
Kinda thinking about a quick drive into town to see if Publix has any pecan pies left in the bakery. I uh ... need it for my race day nutrition. Yeah. *nods sagely*
