I hope you feel better soon! Having those symptoms is never fun. When I start feeling symptomatic, I'll start popping Zicam. It seems to help me.

My husband is currently feeling the impact of something. Hard to say exactly what it is. He's not been running a fever [although I do acknowledge that's not always an indicator]. It seems to have morphed into either allergies or a cold. Not sure it's allergies for him yet as it's too soon for his season & the allergens have been low.

For me, I get mask-induced pseudo symptoms. After an outing of having to wear a mask, I start feeling like I'm developing a cold. I know experts say there is no such thing but I do know people have been hospitalized as a result of wearing a mask for 8 hrs every day as apart of their job, so something is causing it. I'm sure the argument would be that they're not wearing it properly & simply coming into contact with germs, etc. Perhaps at some future date, some study will have been done that indeed such a phenomenon exists. But as for me, my body seems to be sensitive. Even before covid, if I was out & about, the next day I'd start feeling sick. That must indicate that my immune system must not be that great :/
