The few people I'm friends with on FB are at least eating the stuff they bought. But we're mostly a like-minded bunch of DIY homestead-y crunchy types, so this is the stuff we eat anyway, too. One person even jokingly posted that people who cleaned out her grocery store apparently weren't "that scared" because no one bought any lima beans. If you won't eat lima beans, you aren't really hungry! LOL

Things are starting to be back in stock around here, but it's still weird what is cleaned out. I'm used to seeing bare shelves right before a hurricane, but then it's usually bread, peanut butter, and beer.
