Oh hey! I just checked and my book is actually the same one she gifted me with. I was happy to discover that - pulled it off the shelf anyway for a re-read. It even still has the stamp from the bookstore in the front.

LeGuin also has plenty of short stories, so look out for those, they're really enjoyable. A recent-ish one I read from the library is called Changing Planes, built around the theme of visiting other planes and dimensions.
