Fox and I took Storm Spotter training classes, and we think he ended up on an email list that isn't really intended for civilians. So he gets a morning briefing that looks like it's intended for emergency responders, county managers, etc. We've just never said anything because it's pretty useful. That being said, you can get a lot of the same information off NOAA's website - Jacksonville Area here - or if you're willing to wait longer, off their Facebook feed. The emails Fox gets also have a lot of more technical data.
