This is just what was available at our small-town Publix. As far as cashew ice cream, the only kinds were heavily flavored and not really what I'd want for this. Stuff like cold brew coffee and chocolate caramel. The vanillas were all coconut-based. So Delicious makes a great coconut ice cream, in our less-than-humble opinion, but Nada Moo also makes an excellent one with a slightly softer texture. They both have some coconut flavor, but it's not really screaming coconut.
