The weird thing is, he wasn't that controlling much of the time, and it surprised me that he got so hard-nosed on what is a pretty inconsequential subject.

I roasted the sprouts as per the recipe, then in the last seven minutes or so of cooking, added the snow peas with some extra butter mixture. It came out amazing. I will definitely make this again.
Also, I think the wine is just there for being a liquid. I used sake. You could also use broth - whatever is on hand.
