Japan is definitely "on," since my neighbor emailed back and said she'd be happy to cat-sit for me. YAY! I also offered to pay her so I guess that helps, and she literally lives right next door. So now I think we just have to secure plane tickets and we are go.

I have started populating my Google Maps with places to visit. At the moment that's several coffee roasters, a ton of restaurants, and a neko shrine. Fox even read some articles saying that some places are easing up on the tattoo restrictions, so it's possible I might be able to visit a bathhouse.

Time to start getting excited!
