The only elections that are "over" right now are the smaller state and local level ones. On a national level it will definitely take time to make sure everyone's ballot gets counted. I've worked the polls in previous elections and even with upgraded technology, it still takes time. (One of the first ones I worked at, we had to hand-crank information out of the back of the machine and then pack the prints up to send to the main office.) Conceding or anything at this point is too soon - lookin' at you, Bush-Gore recount.

OTOH we had a few positive results here on a local level. I'm proud of our county for that.
