We had two back to back, so the Gulf Coast side of Florida is pretty beat up right now. Happily we were outside of the worst destruction, though the high winds sound scary at night.

I think they're called "catbirds" because they can almost sound like a cat meowing. I've had them trick me a few times into thinking there was a kitten around because of their squealing calls.
