I wonder if they are that careless about answering the phones or if they get so many complaints, that's why the phone lines weren't being answered! We've had similar issues for our local trash pickup and gave up on them. We now just drive the trash directly to the transfer station every week. It's annoying, but so was trying to get the trash pickup folks to pick up the garbage!
