I am in full support of taking a nap when you want to take a nap. If it doesn't seem to make sleeping at night any worse for you, your body clearly benefits from the additional rest.

I'm also a big supporter of chickens. They're funny little fellas. I like to feed them the slugs I find within my garden too.
