I can see the knee pain/hip correlation. I definitely think that's an issue with me & also my spine seems to prefer being out of alignment. I'm guessing it may have something to do with being born with my hips out of socket. [I was a large baby. My mom was in labor a very long time & the dr insisted she deliver me vaginally vs a c-section, which I feel she should've had. He used forceps, thus: hips out of socket. Thanks, dr. He was a real jerk anyway, in later years insulting my mom & such instead of being doctorly.]

I can't do squats or lunges because it aggravates my knees. They swell up & become quite painful. My mom also seems to have 'bad knees', so I'm guessing it's an inherited issue. Physical therapists tell me the fact that I do have arthritis in them doesn't matter & that I need to push through the pain in order to help the situation. Yet when I stop PT, voila: pain disappears. I don't know; I'm a unicorn lol.
