Hospitals and urban areas I think can be "excused" for having a lot of helicopters. We get them out here, obviously, they're the preferred aircraft for wildfire spotters. And with the military bases all around you kind of have to expect some traffic. I was just surprised at how incredibly low it was. Once my sleep-addled brain figured out what it was, I started worrying it was going to hit our radio tower!

Our tower isn't technically tall enough to require a safety light, though.
