Ugh, I hate that too when food isn't up to par. That's been my experience the last handful of times I've been craving good Chinese food, regardless of venue. So disappointing.
Maybe that's what happened with my green tea frapp. My husband picked up one for me on his way home a while ago, per my request. Him not even liking S'bux, when they asked him about sugar, he just shrugged & they told him they'd do what they normally do. It tasted horrible but I choked it down. I enjoy green tea so I thought this would be heaven lol.
